In a lot of ways, I'd rather she lash out. Have her yell and rail, hit t'ings, fight dis like I've grown to expect her to, de way she fights 'gainst anything what gets in her way. Maybe it wouldn't help much in a case like dis, but at least it'd feel safer, more familiar. And dat's coming from someone who hates playing it safe.
